Step 1: Prepare raw materials such as woven plastic resin and color resin.

Step 2: Extrude yarn

Step 3: Weave into rolls of PP fabric in colors as specified by the customer, including weaving straps.

Step 4: Apply PP adhesive coating (if applicable).

Step 5: Cut the fabric sheets for each process step.

Step 6: Flexo print (if applicable).

Step 7: Sew the bag body, attach the bag lid, filling spout, discharge spout, and bag handles.

Step 8: Package and transport.
