Step 1: Prepare raw materials such as PE blown film resin, printed films (OPP, PA, PET, CPP), gravure printing cylinders, etc.

Step 2: Blow PE film (used as the innermost layer for strength and heat sealing)

Step 3: Slit OPP, PA, PET, CPP films, etc., to the required dimensions

Step 4: Gravure print on OPP, PA, PET, CPP films, etc., in 1-9 colors

Step 5: Laminate 2 or 3 film layers (depending on the number of layers required for each product)

Step 6: Allow the laminated layers to stabilize (stabilization time depends on the material)

Step 7: Cut and shape the bags according to customer specifications

Step 8: Package and transport.
